Empowering Non-Religious Spirituality toward Self Discovery, Healing, Feeling, and Awakening.
Types of CHA Support Groups
Important Reminder
The Collective Healing Anonymous Process is a versatile framework that relies on Universal Principles that can be adapted to support groups addressing a wide range of challenges. Its principles of all-inclusiveness, shared experiences, and empowerment along with the 12-steps, can be applied to groups specific to healing from: obsessive thinking, compulsive behaviors, spiritual maladies, substance abuse, chemical addiction, food or sugar addiction, porn or sex addiction, workaholism, and more. By offering both specific and non-specific support group gatherings in a sacred and supportive environment, this process can empower people to overcome their struggles by intentionally and honestly embarking on a path of personal growth, healing, feeling, awakening, and Self-Discovery.
General CHA Gathering
The CHA General Gathering is an open, all-inclusive and judgment-free space where anyone can come together to mutually explore and support various aspects of healing, feeling, and awakening. Often, people use this type of CHA Gathering as a non-religious Spiritual Community or support system to overcome the root causes of any type of obsession, compulsion, addiction, dependency, or identity challenge. This General Meeting is non-specific and designed to address a wide range of emotional, mental, and spiritual or life challenges, offering a flexible environment for individual and collective growth, shared collective wisdom, healing, connection, self-discovery, and mutual support.

Healing Sexual Shame (HSS) CHA Meeting
The “Healing Sexual Shame” CHA Gathering provides a sacred and supportive space for individuals to specifically confront, heal, and release the shame tied to their sexual energy, including the challenges of sexual obsessions and compulsions. In this gathering, members are encouraged to explore the roots of their sexual shame, understand the connections to compulsive behaviors, and work toward a more balanced and healthy relationship with their sexuality. Through open discussions, and collective wisdom, and by observing the 12 steps of CHA, participants can break free from the cycle of shame and obsession, fostering self-acceptance, inner peace, and personal empowerment. There are Two types of HSS-CHA Gatherings: (1) for those who fully or partially identify as a male human being and (2) for anyone who fully or partially identifies as a female human being. The Men’s HSS_CHA group will be specifically using this book: “How to Manage Your Dick: Redirect Sexual Energy and Discovery Your More Spiritually Enlightened, Evolved Self” by Sean Joseph O’Reilly. Substance Addiction Recovery (SAR) CHA Meeting
The “Substance Addiction Recovery” CHA Gathering is a dedicated space for individuals specifically seeking healing and inner freedom from the challenges of substance dependency, abuse, or overuse. This meeting provides a supportive environment where participants can openly discuss their struggles with addiction, explore the underlying emotional and psychological triggers, and work toward recovery without judgment. Through open sharing, collective wisdom of the group, the support of others on similar journeys, and by observing the CHA 12 Step Empowerment Process, participants can find strength in community, and mature, learn, heal, and awaken as we begin to reclaim control over our lives. The focus is on fostering resilience, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose beyond addiction.
